BAM - 72,770 Never even heard of this game before. Took me awhile to get used to it. I ended up bouncing monkeys off the board and farming as many points as I could on the first level using my first two lives (the mole that appears near the bottom gives an easy 5k if you double back and grab the treasure chest he leaves behind). Then I managed to blow through a whole bunch of levels on my last life.

Back in the day, I'd come home from elementary school and play this on the Atari 2600 at my babysitter's house. I think I was able to get to the third set of levels back then. That stupid speeder that flies up your butt was one of the first sources of video games controller abuse from me. 45,850 points. I'll be back for more before the month is over. Just a heads-up to everyone that GameEx uses the "mpatrol" version of the game by default. So, you might need to do some feneggling to play the correct "mpatrolW" Williams version.

I'm all for allowing MO's score, as extra credits don't get you anything in Donkey Kong. By coincidence, I happened to notice that the score posted most recently before the one I posted tonight for Joust had 99 Credits in the screenshot, so it wouldn't be the first time we let it fly.

BAM - 53,150 I got in trouble during pharmacy school for playing this game on my Palm Pilot when I was supposed to be rounding on patients in the hospital. I still hold a grudge against that smelly butthole who ratted me out to my preceptor. Oh, and I was a lot better at Joust back then, too.

I tried MO's first level strategy. The baddies really don't want to stay clumped up, but it did help a little. BAM - 45,750

BAM - 30,570 on Medium difficulty. In first grade, I used to play this next door at my neighbor's house. His parents were "rich", so they bought him a Colecovision. I was so freakin' jealous.

Hmm.. Fired up PacMan, and it's working now. Must be something to do with using the Japan clone of Strikers 1945 last, and there was no art in the GameEx Online art database for it. Apparently the default "not found" artwork fills the whole banner.

Is it just me, or is the custom background feature on GameEx Online not working? It keeps saying I've successfully updated it, but it's stuck as the default blank background (see below in my signature). Trying to make it my cab's CP:

Heads up, everyone.. Lots of dipswitch changes needed on the games this month. Had to wipe my Mario Bros high scores, because we're playing on hard, and not the default easy mode. Heck, Alpine Ski needs almost every setting to be changed.
