Do I type in the dame of the rom zip file, or the actual name of the game?

For example the simpsons rom. There are a few of them and when I have no clones enabled only the 4-player simpsons shows up in the list. Unfourtunetly that one does not work well, you can't select a character. However the 2-player alternative version works fine, but its not on the mame list when no clones are selected. I don't want to allow clones, as its just to many games. Is there anyway to filter out the simpsons 4-player and just have the 2-player version show up?

I have been messing with GameFX all night and I have these two games listed but do not have the roms for them. Why are they showing up in my list and how do I get rid of them? Also some games are not showing up (I only have like 10 roms at the moment), killer instinct and primal rage for instance. They work fine in the standalone MAME32UI. Thanks for any help, love the app and hope to purchase if I can figure this stuff out.
