Does anyone know how to change the colour of the text by the media player controls? Im making a theme with a dark toolbar & cant seem to figure it out. Please help; i'm going crazy
Hi, i was working on a new tollbar, when i noticed that the media player buttons are no longer visible. The buttons are still active (you can still stop, play etc.) but I can't see them. Anyone else having this problem? P.S. Keep up the good work Tom & The new toolbar is available in user submitted themes (its the same style as the MCE toolbar, but uses the GameEx Logo)
Ive added some more icons to update the theme to match some of the new things GameEx can do. Download the pack at the 'User Submitted Themes & Media (Uploads)' link below: http://www.gameex.info/forums/index.php?showtopic=2&st=40
MCE Glossy - Update Pack For Versions before 5.79 Hi all, heres some more icons to update the MCE Glossy theme, the following icons are included: Karaoke, webcam, Themes, Mame Horizontal & Vertical. Enjoy MCE_Glossy___Update_Pack.zip
Really like the last few releases; seems like Gameex is coming into its own. Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble hiding the toolbar? I usually have it set on "show when mouse over" which works on the pre 5.7 releases.
Could just be the paths in the external applications, If they arent right you'll get kicked back to gameex. Heres what the path and command should look like. App 3 Path: C:\Games\Colin Mcrae Rally 4 App 3 CMD: cmr4.exe
Ok figured it out. You have to create a memory card from the plugins configuration of the emulator; then run the emulator without a CD in the (virtual) drive and from the options screen that will show up choose the memory card icon and then choose the memory card and format it (fully erase it). Download your save game, heres a good site: http://bswirl.kitsunet.org/vmu/save/public...p?lg=en&menu=on Download the Nexus File; making sure it matches your type (USA/EUR). Then add a save game to the VMS browser; (import save, and then write VMS.BIN). Job done!
Just wondering if its possible to load save games for DC Emulation? Love Soul Calibur, but i cant access some of the best characters. I've heard of VMS Tools but are they just for the console? Any help appreciated.
I think i might have seen this, it happened to me when i used the task manager to end a game which was malfunctioning. I think the flickering is the remnence of a program which hides the desktop. Cold be wrong tho. I fixed it by exiting gameex & starting again.
Ok, to go back to the main screen press the GameEx logo (where the H used to be) should be next to the blue power button. Or if the toolbar at the top of the screen is visible, you can press the microsoft logo to go back to the start.
HOW TO SHOW 'My Games' on MCE Start Page: Windows Media Center has a set amount of places for extra programs on the start page. You need to choose one of the programs on the start page to remove in order for Gameex to appear. Chances are you have some plugins installed, like mce customizer or my movies etc. which are using the alotted menu slot. In my case it was "HP Image Zone" and "HP Tunes" i removed. Once you know which one you want to remove from the start page: Hover over the title (highlighted green) & right click; you should have the option to "remove" which should make "my games" appear. P.S. the program which you have removed should still appear & function from the "More Programs" tab.
