It is a shot in the dark but here it goes.... I guess I should have done my research. I thought it looked like a decent MCE remote clone and works alright on GameEx, except for two problems: 1) It has a mouse pad, but no direction buttons. Does GameEx support the ability to navigate up/down based on mouse movements? (e.g. you move the mouse slightly up, it will select the option above). The mouse pad is not the most comfortable to use on the remote. It would be nice if i could somehow hack it to emulate keypresses for up/down/left/right instead of mouse move up/down/left/right. 2) When you press go once it acts as if it presses and holds the mouse down, when you press it again it releases. Is there anything I can do to get around these two problems? I would buy a new one but my finances are somewhat tight at the moment. This RF remote did not come with any drivers, and I am unable to find any either. Most of the buttons work in gameex. Does anyone have this remote, and if so if any drivers are available for it? I am running XP Pro (SP 2) When i plug in the USB RF adapter, the following devices are added in the device manager: HID-Compliant consumer control device HID-Compliant device Here are the specs: Ebay url with pic : http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...em=270256881979 Features & Function : * Super comfortable design * Wireless range up to 20 meters * Control a wide array of CD, VCD, DVD, MP, Microsoft Media Player, WinAMP, Internet navigation and presentation software * Max keys : 41 * Remote control function * Mouse function * Multimedia keyboard function to operate by shortcut key * USB plug & play, no driver required * Operation System : Windows98 / 2000 / ME / XP / Vista & Linux & Mac OS * Dimensions : 18.5 x 5.1 x 2.8cm * Transmitter weight : 120g (including batteries) * Battery : AAA x 2pcs Key functions : * Menu, Start, Stop, Play/Pause, Silent/Sound, Screen, Fast forward, Fast backward, Volume up/down, Page up/down, Enter, ESC Software Supported by Remote Control : * Windows Media Player * WinAMP * WinDVD * PowerPoint Presentation * Power DVD * ACDSEE * Internet Explorer * Adobe Acrobat * QuickTime Player * RealPlayer CD Player Any help is appreciated, but like I said it was a shot in the dark.
