Sorry if this is post elsewhere, I did a brief search to no avail. I am trying to disable the In Game Screen. The situation is as follows. -My player 4 joystick up is programmed to "L", scan code 38 on my system. (yes I could change it, but I have run into this problem before) -I have disabled advanced controllers in advanced config -I set the Ingame Screen scan code to be blank in the advanced config, still activates the ingame screen when in Mame -I edited the .ini to read "false" on the ingame screen line in hopes it would disable it all together, no such luck I can and will reprogram my iPac4 to use a different code for P4 joystick up, but I want to disable this all together. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can make this go away. Further, I would rather like to disable all Gameex monitoring of the control panel while in a Mame game. I have had a couple other situations arise where a Gameex will pause Mame and return to Gameex because of a particular keystroke or combination thereof, although the only one I am experiencing now is the ingame screen.
