  1. Actually, mine are setup the way I described. I do not have a mspacmnf.zip, but the game runs fine. From what I could determine, MAME calls these Merged ROMs. I was able to get GameEx working tonight after searching back through the forums. I had to turn on the Verify ROMs option and then update the games list. From what I read in the forums, that option makes GameEx actually look to see what is in each zip. Whatever it does, it did seem to fix my problem.
  2. Everything seems to be set correctly, but they still do not show up after rebuilding the games list. Does it matter than many of the clones are in the main game's ROM zip? For example, the Ms. Pac-Man Speed-Up Hack game does not have it's own zip file, the files for it are in the main zip for Ms. Pac-Man. MAME32 seems to find them okay that way. Thanks.
  3. I am finishing up a custom MAME cabinet and would like to use GameEx as the frontend. The problem I am having is that some of my MAME games do not show up in the list. I have gone through the Advanced MAME configuration and turned off Working Games Only, turned on Allow Imperfect, turned on Allow Clones, and set all the other options to show everything. I rebuilt the list, but some still do not show up. The one that I really notice is the Ms. Pac-Man (with Speedup Hack). I played that machine all the time growing up. It shows up and works fine in the Mame32 interface, but not in GameEx. Any ideas? Thanks.
