--Edit-- Ok, fixed that, just went through using category mode and used delete to set them to be filtered. Now my problem is that pacman isnt showing because i stupidly delted it from the do not filter these roms list and because it is classed as a clone it wont show. Can someone post the exact name I have to use to make sure its not filtered please? --original-- Ok, so i have set it up so that it has to verify all roms and all that, which cleaned out alot of the games i removed the chd's for because i didnt want them in such as ddr and so on, but the problem is game ex is still showing things like light gun games, track ball games and driving games. I though that game ex could filter those out by selecting no for light and trackball but i realised afterwards that that only stops seperate lists from being made. So my question is, how would I go about filtering out light gun games, trackball games, driving games and basically any game that doesnt use a joystick and up to 6 buttons within game ex

yea, i just looked in the file that has all the roms and the files they need, the games that arnt working dont have all the files that are in that huge 28mb xml file. Any1 know why that would be?

im running mame32, and what i mean is that in the games that are working it only shows metal slug and 1942. im not at home right now so when i get home ill try that. thanks

I have got alot of roms in my computer (still getting the money for my cabinet so doing a mock up on my computer) and it isnt displaying all the roms. I have the neogeo thing, but the only roms out of the ones i have put that display are metal slug and 1942. Any idea why this is happening? the files are .zips and the directory txt file is up to date
