  1. Sorry Brian but my internet has been disconnected for the time being, sorry.
  2. Thanks again for the help.
  3. Ahh sorry Brian, I am kind of having trouble uploading the file. But it's basically like your .bat file but I have it like this on my note pad: "start emulator.exe sfiii3a", start emulator.exe jojo. That's for all 6 but of course different games. They're all under the same folder as the emu. Sorry bkenobi that I didn't think to look in the forums, my initial thought was to ask because I was screaming my head off like Arnold did in Predator when he raised the flaming torch calling out the Predator. Here is a picture of how it looks though.emuex.doc
  4. You know Brian, I did this play-by-play matched the X's with X's and O's with O's. Now how can I add more games to get it to run on GameEx? I made 6 batch files and when I tried to run one of the games, it started but also at the same time, the screen returned to the GameEx. So basically, I had street fighter III running and also the front-end menu screen of GameEx. I have the feeling it had something to do with the command line. Thanks for the help in advance soldier.

I don't know. With my new-found smartness maybe I'll head to CES or some comp-geek show and show the top nerds whose brain is bigger than theirs ........not happening, stretching it a bit ...I know but a guy can dream. But I was wondering is there a site or something that I can grab like visuals for the emulators I have? Since there's one for NES, SNES, and N64 there's none for DC or NDS. You any good ones out there?

    NES Help

Brian, I got it working! By looking at your config. I had to change the exe to nestopia. so instead of nesemu2.exe"[ROMPath]\[RomFile]" i changed it to nestopia .exe "[ROMPath]\[RomFile]"I also got the NDS working as well. You are the man.

    NES Help

I read your previous posts suggesting nestopia which i decided to use over rockx or rocknes (don't remember how to spell it). if i can follow how you set yours up maybe i can find where i went wrong. Other than that, i'm just a fat-young-old yuppie from the cold side highs of MN.

    NES Help

Ok, I got the emu and roms going in GameEX, but when I try to boot it, the screen takes me to my taskbar. this is how I got the set-up ...as follow: (can't seem to find RominFolder) and I configured to full size screen in Nestopia. By the way, my emu and rom are stored in an external drive. Thanks again for the help Enabled=True StartPageName=Nintendo NES Games TitleText=NES StartPageLogo=nes RomFilter=*.* ROMPath=I:\My Games II\Nintendo\NINTENDO EMU\NES ROMS SnapPath= WorkingPath=I:\My Games II\Nintendo\NINTENDO EMU MapKeys=True WaitBeforeKeys=3000 SendKeys=%{ENTER} ReplaceDash=True ReplaceUnder=True Capitals=True RemoveBrackets=True AlsoLaunch= ShowDesktop=True Debug=False MapFile= OLDatZip= Command=nesemu2.exe [ROMPath]\[RomFile] TitlePath= BoxPath= LaunchBefore= LaunchAfter= CartPath= 7-Zip/GoodMerge=False
  11. Brian, you and the squad are FANTASTIC. Thanks. It's funny though how I got this going at LOT faster than the NES one. The NES one is giving me a real headache.
  12. Thank Haze, but I figured it out after reading my the log. Man, I felt smarter than a fifth grader until I tried to run an NES game and got my task bar instead. I tried to go back to NEStopia to configure the full screen and can't save it but I'm guessing any ideas?
  13. Hi ya all, I just have a question. I tried to follow these steps into putting the N64 on GameEX which I got SNES working. Every time I tried to go into GameEX this error screen popped up ...any idea why? 14. Ok, I'll go ahead and install the program, but ah could ya help me installing NullDC? Man, it would be nice if you guys posted an "How to install emulators and roms for Newbs" because I know my next question will be if I can get help installing Zsnes as well.
  15. Oh and by the way, hello I'm BlackMage (no magic required, unless otherwise) and I am a Newbie ...just don't throw me in my locker with "newbie" marks all over my face cause I'm new.
  16. Hello ...again as this being my second post and I must say I love the GameEX front-end. I just donated and got the registration key but I didn't want to install the program until I fully know how to put emulators and roms on it so I am still using the so-called "trial" version. Ok, as I was reading post after post after post from 8am to now it's a quarter to 5, I too have NullDC and don't have the slightest idea of how to get it on GameEX. I haven't done anything to even get started and was hoping a step-by-step processes on how to do it. I would hate to screw something up if I'm doing it by myself. I feel good saying this to you guys because as I can see you all have patience which your community ...thanks and much apprec.
  17. I live in Bloomington as well. Here in the Twin Cities.
