  1. Thanks, I did see this, but we got so far into the original winuae, I think we have just about cracked it. Although there are a few things I'm not so sure about :0( In the Gameex options, I'm in the winuae emulators section. It asks me for the ROM path. Now if this was mame, I'd set it to the games files folder. But for Winuae, I presume its asking for the folder in which the 'kickstart' version is sat? Or is this where we are going wrong? Is it asking for the kickstart rom, or the games roms files??!! Then I'm stumped to what the 'WORKING PATH' should be. Is this the directory that winuae is sat in? Then finally - the COMMAND LINE - I have winuae.exe in this. But I presume this is why its just loading up winuae, and no games!!! I need to find a way to point gamex to the config files I have set up for the games, and get them to load after gamex has loaded up the emulator, rather than now where it loads up winuae with the correct configs, but no game in the drives, or autobooted. Phew!! Make sence to any of you Amiga guys? As Its doing my head in! James & Kyle
  2. Greetings team! I have read with interest many of your posts, and we are currently trying to get our head around winaue via gameex. I'm starting to look a bit silly now, and my tales of excitement to my boy have started wearing thin...... OK, I've set the emulator up - made a config file for each game, but when I launch it through gamex, it simply wont actually load the game?! It loads the config file up, but there are no files in the drives (so I have to manually put the game in each time and click start??!!) Is there a FOOLPROOF list of instructions, or at least a list that explains things a litle more for us noobs? :0) Many thanks people! James & Kyle
