  1. That would probably work better. When the program exits using its "exit" from the menu, then GameEx returns. Dude, you ROCK!
  2. This is awesome! The only problem is that ESC is dedicated to a function within HuluDesktop. It allows you to minimize the video and bring up menus. ESC cannot be used to exit HuluDesktop. Can it be made to return to GameEx by using the application's exit button? I tried to just use Hulu's exit and the program would just hang. Other than that, this is what I've been hoping for!
  3. Nobody's tried this?!

    Hulu Desktop

Has anyone been able to get Hulu Desktop to work as an external application? I have been able to get it to start up and work but when I exit Hulu, GameEx hangs and doesn't return. I do not want to use the http site to access Hulu. I want to use the new desktop released a couple days ago. How do I get GameEx to reappear after closing HuluDesktop?
  5. I would love that! I am going bugging trying to get all of my mame roms to work. I finally have a version, Mame32 .107, that plays all of the ones I want but now all of the old space invaders games have no sound. If I play with Mame 0.123, I get sound and color.
  6. In my GameEx emulator setup, I use the setting: stella.exe -fullscreen 1 "[ROMPath]\[ROMFile]" I'm wondering what is GameEx doing to Stella that certain games don't work after its been run through GameEx?
  7. I just loaded Stella 2.2 on my computer. Everything works fine when I run directly. My favorite game is basketball. Works great. As soon as I launch Stella from GameEx, basketball goes to a black screen and my monitor reads VGA not supported. Other games like boxing work fine. Other games do not. If I now try to launch basketball from Stella directly, basketball and some of the other game still show a black screen. If I uninstall Stella and reinstall, the games will work fine again directly from Stella. Run through GameEx and the same thing happens. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! 8. I am using mame32. Here's the crazy part. Now the games are running just fine. Not sure what I did, but things are running at the right speed. I changed some .ini settings and changed them back to original and everything worked fine. I must be seeing things. Hope it stays that way!
  9. I've read all the posts about MAME games running too slow but I have the opposite happening. When I run games thru DOS, they run perfectly. When I run them thru a frontend program like GameEX, they run too fast. I've tried the throttle setting and even then the game runs just a bit too fast. What can I do? I love the look of this program but I want to play these games the way they should be, not on crack!
