    Ok after playing with different settings I realize it all has to do with the dvd decoder, i have 5 different ones but it only works with the cyberlink one which is a 30 day trial version so i guess we'll see what happens after 30 days

    Mine is working but I am not sure why, here's the things I did differently: 1. I unistalled ffdshow and reinstalled it, when I set it up and it asks what progams to use it with I put "no limit" 2. I switched to the media center theme 3. I stopped using gamex fullscreen and used a window My dvd setup screen looks like this: http://i244.photobucket.com/albums/gg29/we...mcgee/gamex.jpg hope this helps

    I am having the exact same problem my log is exactly like this one, i uninstalled net framework 2.0and reinstalled it, I tryed every different decoder i have with each different setting (ffd vmr), anyone figure this out yet?
