Thanks Tom. Please see attached for the requested files. I have just been back and double checked my settings for global exit and escape key exit is definitely disabled, but I am still able to quit back to desktop when I hit escape. Is my understanding of the setting correct? it is Mame that I want to have escape mapped to quit from but I don't want any key mapped to quit gamex. Rog. GameEx.ini log.txt

Hi, I have Gamex running in my new mame cab, the controls are wired though an Ipac and I have the standard hold 1p and press 2p to send an escape key press to exit a game. The problem is that this combination also quits out of Gamex if I press a second time by accident. I have disabled the escape to exit option in the setup wizard and cleared out all of the key press fields but I can still exit Gamex by using the above button combo or the escape key on the keyboard. Any ideas on what I am missing here? Thanks.
