hi guys a little problem. running w 8.1 64 pro i have no steam and i have pinball arcade dir in program files (x86) dir nukepa.exe and nukepa.ini in C:\Program Files (x86)\Pinball Arcade dir when i push play inside pinballx it says message "bad or missing command line parameter...." there are my ini. could help me? thanks EDIT: sorry guys i forgive "[TABLEFILE]" under parameters of pinballx ini Now it's ok but pinball arcade doesn't want work with monitor rotating per 90 degrees. it doesn't work out of pinballx... it appear white screen and i must kill app with task manager i have a geforce 750 2 gb, i5 my 3 screens are connected to gf 750 (playfield and BG with hdmi and dmd (lcd 16") with vga). no problem with VP or FP. any ideas? Hi to everyone, I already have a cab with w8.1... Nothing to do! With ssd w8.1 is really fast and I decided to utilize in my pincab. I always have the problem of shell pinballx instead explorer. In my mamecab with other front end it I did it with mmc and custom interface... I remember that not all time it works. You need to have a clean install OS and few programs in start. Now I try with pinballx but I couldn't... Maybe I should reinstall w8.1 but it's third time and I don't waste my time for unsure results. Any ideas to shell pinballx in other ways? I found this recent link https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn449423%28v=winembedded.82%29.aspx It seems that with w8.1 embedded we could activate the shell launcher. Is it a right way? Someone has installed in cab or somewhere else and could give us a feedback? Thanks

Thanks carny, I will try. Already tried with swf but no good: if I have 2 instruction cards I put second card just after first and I create a single file swf. When I open pinballx and open instructions card I see the single file with two cards in backglass monitor and they are really little... Is impossible to read. If I create two swf is perfect: the first card fill all the screen but no way to go to second card... I couldn't see The story could be a very good hint... Every one could made the story of pinball in each language.

Ok title could appear stupid but I think it will be a good suggestion for enanchemen of quite perfect pinballx. I've finished my cab... Everything's perfect, back glass video take from db2s look like real back glass in pinballx wheel, video in 1080p ... Beautiful, dmd images during selection table ... Wow, Flyers front back and inside ... A lot of good stuff! instruction cards... Ah ... An horrible withe back with some write over... No good I take a look around and I see there are a lot of sites (don't know if can paste the links) have a lot of instructions card with beautiful fonts and also good images. They are nice! I tried with one of them: Download a JPEG with 2 instruction cards, first one is only presentation and in the second there are instruction, quick edit of jpeg, rename with same table name .swf, and ... I could see only a page Could be useful and very nice implement the instructions section (maybe like flyer with more pages) and a lot of people like me could work to made some artworks with instructions Other enanchemen could be another menu... (Play table, instructions, flyer...) ... Table story !!! A little section maybe read PDFs or swf, played on play field screen, in which there's write pinball story What you say?!?

Hi guys, I want to try win8.1 in my pincab now with win7 (I have it in mamecab with same hardware and it's really really faster). Could I copy all pinballx dir in my hdd portable and when formatted and installed win 8.1 paste the dir? Or Have I to execute pinballx setup and copy only few files with config and media? Thanks
