    Their are ways to do it manually but the Great Tom has written a little app that does it all automatically for you, as well as changing the boot screen, and a few other things. Instant Sheller

    I had the same problem, you have to change the video settings from inside nestopia. Open it up from outside of GameEx and go into the options to change it so that it starts up in full screen, and then change the resolutions under video settings till you have a resolution you like on your TV/monitor
