Okay, I definately see where you guys are coming from...Tom dont let any of my comments or anyone elses discourage you. When it comes down to it, we LOVE your program, in my oppinion it is the best. If you decide to do this with the nag screen, I will support you and everyone else will also. We just all have different views on the subject. We all know Tom deserves the money, the fact and the point is either its freeware or it isnt. Freeware is free and has no banners adds, or anything of that sort. Freeware means you cant pay money for a better version or unlock anypart of the program. This program is no long considered freeware from the technical stand point. Tom great work, you really have outdone yourself with this program. Although either GameEx is freeware or not, theres nothing between.

how do i work the command line, i forgot what you put in first ect. heres what i have been doing c:\ i then type in Mame which is where my folder is on the c drive it is c:\mame but then it says its invalid. theres something im suppose to put before mame, what is it? -kyle

Ok, if you are going to do this I aggree dont call it freeware. A 15.00 dollar fee is a bit hefty to remove the nag screen, why not just sale the program if you are going to do that. The fun and respect definately droped, I love the program, and it looks great, but 15 bucks is too big for a kid who is just wanting a nice frontend to put in his cab... -Kyle ps: damn good program though, please dont mis understand

Okay, I just turned off all of the game filters and what not that hide some of the games. I now have my centipede rom coming up on the list , which is good, but when i open it, it acts as if it is loading then will return back to gameex. This is not the only game that does it, i believe alot of the pacman games do the same thing. They were working fine before i started using gamex, but then again i switched to the new build of mame at the same time i switched to gameex. I really dont know what could be the problem. Im not saying that it is gameex's fault, but maybe someone out here knows whats up. Thanks guys, ps: great program -Kyle

If its mame that is launcing the cursor what do i need to change it in the mame.ini config file? -Kyle

Okay, i will click on my mame game (of course in gamex newest version) and then it goes black and the game is loading, but right before the game comes up either an hour glass icon or mouse cursur will appear, then the game will load up. Since i am running in an aunthentic cab i would like to hide this. Please help me out on this one, I have yet to find a post with this subject. Thanks in advance, -Kyle
