2. You can go to sites like Maws and look up if games are playable. http://www.mameworld.net/maws/ Hit Browse at the top of the page. Hit Driver Status on the menu that just opened on the left. Now choose good, imperfect, preliminary. (hint: you want the good ones.) 3. While Mame is playing hit {P} for Pause. Hit {TAB} to bring up the internal menu system. Go to either controls for this game, or controls for all games. Adjust your config. 1. I'm just doing setup for all the emulators now. So far everything is working remarkably well. When I have a problem with one, it usually means I did something wrong in the setup (which can be edited by choosing the setup wizard and selecting Custom). Make sure your emulators are starting in full screen mode if you are using GameEx in fullscreen mode or else you'll just see a black screen. That sounds like it may be your problem.
