Hi all Just got my Betabrite display, they are hard to find here in Australia so i got one from eBay USA for $40.. I wired it up and all seemed ok.. When I press test display Button on the Plugin Manager all works as it should.. But It dosn't dispay game details when Gamex is running... I have ticked the LCD tab in the plugin manager.. The log says it has loaded LCD plugin. I initialy had errors but i found the ini to have multiple displays set to the true state. here is part of my LCD.ini... [betaBrite] Enabled=True LCDSize=2 PortNum=1 BaudRate=9600 DataBits=8 Parity=N StopBits=1 DisplayMode=102 TextColor=67 SpecialGraphics=0 what have i missed?? Lcd Smarti plugin is working fine... cheers 55Chev P.s On a future update would it be possable to include an option where we can choose what is displayed. Ie game title only Keep up the good work..

Yea they all seem to be there... After an auto update things are better. Only i can't get controlls to display ,it just displays "playing" when in a game i am using script $dll(GameEx.dll,2,8,1)

Hi i am a registered user and am trying to get my LCD working via LPT (Parallel) port. I have the latest software and plug-in (lcdSmartie) but i cant seem to get any functions above "5" to work I have also tried the newest LCD plug-in (LCD/LED Plug-in 1.92) but it doesn't support the LPT (Parallel) port.. How do i get GameEx to send the controls for playing a Mame game to my LCD?
