I solved my issue. I forgot that BAM has issues with ATI/AMD graphic cards not running at least v12 of the catalyst drivers. I updated to the latest drivers and BAM is now working properly with the STAYINRAM parameter. Skyohn, this may be the issue for you as well.

I tried running BAM's FPLoader directly with the STAYINRAM parameter and the same issue exists so this is not an issue with PinballX.

I am having the exact same issue. My setup was perfect until my motherboard died a couple weeks ago. I started fresh and installed PinballX, Bam, Future Pinball, and restored my configs from a backup. Now when I launch Future Pinball from PinballX it loads without BAM. Just like skyohn, if I remove the '/STAYINRAM' parameter it launches with BAM but PinballX minimizes to the tray. I will keep experimenting to find a solution but if anyone could provide assistance it would be greatly appreciated!
