  1. Well, I just wanted to know if I was doing anything wrong.
  2. No, I compiled the list game by game to set the path I just clicked on browse and selected the .map file I created
  3. Wow! You're cool, man. I didn't realize it was you replying to my posts
  4. It can surely find it cos names DO appear in the list This is a screenshot of the games list of the emulator and it's ok: This is the "Game properties" screenshot; as you can see right above "Microsoft DOS", the game name doesn't appear, there is the "rom" name instead (Arampage instead of Alien Rampage):
  5. How do I get to make a game's name instead of the ROM name with an emulator different than MAME when I click on the game name? i.e.: Microsoft DOS (DOSBox) Game name in the list: Bubble Bobble Name of the "rom": bubble when I chose the game and the Play this game button appears, the game name appears as "bubble" instead of Bubble Bobble. I created a .map file following the FAQ i.e.: bubble|Bubble Bobble and I set GameEx to use that .map file. What do you think it's my error?
  6. I tried but no, that's not what I want
  7. Thanks. I think I'm a dummy. I can't finde USE FLAT Menus in the advanced configuration. I even tried looking into the config files [EDIT] The only "flat" thing I found in the config files ia FlatStartPage=True/False in GameEx.ini
  8. Yes, of course, thanks but I didn't know DOSBox could allow me to create a keyboard map for each game/emulation. It does and that's so cool. Something I missed reading in the docs. Thanks anyway
  9. I'm curious as well about that. The most simple thing to do in case of conflicts, I think and hope, is to rename the game like this: Street Fighter II (DOS) Street Fighter II (MAME) ... I'll let you know as I try. Thanks for the tips [EDIT] And, of course, by the screenshot
  10. In my DOSBox games list in GameEx I have a game that needs Escape to be pressed to start. I tried messing with the configuration .ini file to map a different key for the whole GameEx but... I can't find what I need in the .ini file to do that.
  11. Is it possible to create MAME-like information files for emulators that don't support such feature natively?
  12. Is it possible to display all games in one big single list altogether, despite of the emulator?
