Thanks for the reply. Couldn't get this working, but tried again because you mentioned it, but this time actually ran a game through Daphne first. Daphne updated & now it works. Thanks again.

OK, I've discovered this: http://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/10738-bsnes-immune-to-universal-exit/#entry82702 which shows me how to map keys to the joystick buttons. It looks like this would work for ANY other emulator, but Daphne doesn't have an advanced config drop down box!

Hi. I've had a look though the forums & help but can't find how to define my joystick in Daphne. I've enabled use/map joypad in the GameEx setup & some controls work, but I don't know where to customise them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Feature requests: 1. Auto playlists in the Jukebox. 2. Facility to delete files from within GameEx (For example, delete a watched TV episode). Thanks.

Hi. I've recently bought GameEx mainly for the emulator features, but I've experimented in using it for everything, especially now MediaCentre is a paid for feature in Win8. The two things I use I've noticed missing are: 1. Delete files directly from GameEx (for example, after watching a movie, in Mediacentre you press delete on the remote) 2. The Jukebox doesn't seem to support auto playlists (for example, all tracks rated >3). Are these features already in the program & I'm missing them, or are they not implemented? Thanks.

I've attached the files you requested. Just a few bits of info that may or not be relevant. My PC is on a domain, I've adminstrator rights on the PC but not on the domain, GameEx is running locally off the C:\ drive. the media is on a network drive, although I've tried a local file & had the same result. It also makes no difference if the .cdg and .mp3 are zipped or not. GameEx.ini log.txt

Just a +1 that I'm having exactly the same issue. Running the latest Shark007 codecs, Win7 x64. WMP plays .CGD files full screen, previews work, SELECT shows a black screen for a second, then back to the selection screen.
