  1. Hi, I believe things are working as they should. PinballX starts from 0 (as button 1) and Visual Pinball starts from 1 (as button 1). When PinballX transfers the settings over to Visual Pinball in the registry it adds on 1. So as far as I know there is no bug?
  2. Hi, yes it does install that but it certainly should not be put anyway strange and I've not seen it doing so. At worst it will put it in your user temps folder. So it may well be something else.
  3. Well, you can "Alpha test" an "Alpha". Its all good and your feedback is welcomed. It is helpful. Cheers. Tom.
  4. DryBonz, ah okay. I will test with the mod and let you know. Draco, looks off. WaitFor shouldn't be zero and I think WaitForSelect is a redundant setting. Just set the defaults in the setup wizard and maybe extend the wait for time. Cheers. Tom.
  5. I am surprised it even launches. Normally it needs to be launched from steam to work and you are pointing directly to the exe. You are also passing [tablefile] which is irrevelent for Pinball Arcade. In addition you are missing the process to monitor. If you are not using the new version with the new interface then set the setting in the setup wizard to say your using an old version.
  6. Your setup is very wrong for Pinball Arcade. Click the Tick in the setup wizard to set the defaults then go from there.
  7. Draco, try removing the skipwhatsnew and waitforselect. Drybonz, log and ini please.
  8. Most certainly be codecs or dodgy videos. My cab stays up for weeks full time although showing all those videos it will eventually have an issue but you will likely get fed up with your electricity bill first
  9. lol. Sexy girl is okay to post. I am European (well kind of) Plus, I like seeing pictures of semi naked women
  10. Looks like its just bad XML. I believe it would always do this. In the xml above there is <gridposition>2x3gridposition>. There end tag is not opened properly.
  11. A possibility at least yes. When Ben started he did some initial work to support OpenGL but it got left behind quite a while a go. So again, at least a possibility. Years though not months.
  12. Thanks for taking the time to check it out
  13. Perhaps the full contents of the drop down list are obscured? it should go 1-9 x 1-20
  14. lol. You still don't seem to get it. There is 9x20 (in the latest).
  15. Like I said its x y, not y x although it seems like I need to add a couple more rows. x= columns y=rows
  16. Well your XMl is showing the old style format. So something is wrong. Game manager should list the grid as XxY in this release. EDIT: Okay so you resolved that. Its X x Y not Y x X.
  17. It needs new grid positions. They have changed format. Use the game manager. 2 hours ago, Tom Speirs said: Yes, grid positions all new since they are different anyway.
  18. I am excited and pleased to announce the first public alpha release of GameEx Evolution. Please try it out and discuss in our newly opened forum. It can be installed alongside the existing GameEx and it is functional and stable for alpha software. Download here. There are few specific points to mention for this initial release other than you should simply take a look: We have focused purely on MAME arcade for this initial release in order to provide something functionally complete. You need to know though that this is not the culmination of our work and there is a lot of power and functionality behind it that covers this and other areas.. We have all made sacrifices with our time and finances to get this far and it is no small feat for us. For MAME arcade front end features we have something about as functional as things get, albeit with some more polish to add. We do already have a setup wizard for configuration and the front end can be used with the media and videos on our FTP server or content from EmuMovies. You should install LAV video codec filters. At this point the release is entirely free to all. This will change as the product moves along. I encourage you to take a look and let us know what you think. We are pleased with what we have completed and there is much more to come. I would like to thank my entire team here for their support and hard work on the project and particular Ben Baker and Flash for the sacrifices they have made in getting the project to this point along with the majority of work completed. 20. Version 1.13

    24649 downloads

The GameEx Evolution frontend. The next generation of front ends. Note: The product is currently in Beta and there may still be a few bugs.
  21. Yes, grid positions all new since they are different anyway. Otherwise everything else should be auto unless you are for some reason on the old version with the old interface then change the setting in the setup wizard.
  22. Adds support for latest version of Pinball Arcade.
