My Final Full Mugen Setup

Hi everyone here at Game EX Forum Did everyone enjoy the hard core Mugen Capcom vs Snk that we setup for everyone.well I am here to say hi to everyone.I want to Know if you ever want to play mugen like it should. I am been working on some new thing with mugen.I love mugen and what can do for us gamer and the enjoyment.So I want to see if ok to make My last Mugen Sharing for everyone If that ok.Me and some of My Friends came up with Idea.all My Mugen Friend hand Pick what are characters should go with.If you ever heard of Mugen All Battle Zero and the trick to get it is by a torrent site just to get it. Those day are over My freind.I been woking on this project for some time just for everyone to enjoy the love of mugen.And this what is going to Have :Marvel vs Capcom.DC ,Snk,Cartoon,anime & Chibi,Unknown Fighter Character,We also add 2 super rare Characters.We pick the best Character that everyone love and enjoy so no characters is left alone. Well we have a couple mugen links on here already. Please refrain from posting links to torrentsite that may be hosting the file.

If any authors of the chars used wants to take this down we will. But since there's no rom data nor illegal programs I see no problem with this.

Perhaps these should be added to the "other games non emulated" sticky.

The set that was shared a couple weeks back is pretty cool! The only thing I've been trying to figure out is how to change it a little to include a few more characters. I had envisioned having Marvel, Capcom, and SNK in 3 blocks (so basically adding one more for Marvel). I've seen a setup on YouTube that looks like a good one, but I don't know where to find that screen pack or how to build my own. Any ideas?

EDIT: This is sorta what I had in mind...

It looks like there's a MUGEN Windows Configurator that works pretty nicely, so maybe that's the answer. I'll see if I can get that to work, but if anyone has any suggestions, that would still be great!

I haven't delved to far into building custom MUGEN stuff yet but adding characters seems to be fairly straightforward . There's a folder for the characters and then you just reference them in config file. Can't remember the names of folder and config file off the top of my head. Try it with JC's set and a fresh MUGEN download, copy some of his characters over.

JCGamer's setup was filled up, so I don't know if I can just add more characters. Also, I want to have a separate box for the other systems, so that would probably require a different screen pack. I haven't found anywhere to download screen packs yet.

Also you need to edit the select.def to add in your charcters.

wow. so u guys really want to improve ur mugen more, so today i am going to send u a whole fresh mugen setup all u have to do is add ur favorite characters and stages and ur favorite mp3 music. but make sure u don't use HIres stages but u gotta use normal low res stages for ur mugen. A bit of a warning the more characters u put on this mugen will be the longer for u to play ur mugen.

Here is something i put together for everyone here at game ex forum site.

This holds over 200 characters. u dont have to use my full game just to over write characters so that is why i went ahead and sent this to u guys.

Note: over carrying characters for ur mugen can slow down ur computer because it is taking too much free space of ur hard drive, that is why i best recommended 200 characters and 50 stages with mp3 music.

here is another one that holds 2000 characters but that is up to u if u wanna put that many in this mugen even though that is not best recommended cause it will take up space on ur computer and will take longer to load. please understand with caution.

I hope this will help everyone with there mugen. I'm just a gamer who likes to share knowledge when it comes to mugen.
