My updated version of ISTOOL https://sourceforge.net/projects/istool/
I modified the source very slightly and added the following fixes and enhancmnets.
- Supports LZMA2 compression
- Supports Inno Setup unicode version
- Fixes downloader timeout on large files with some virus scanning software
- Added pages option to enable/disable welcome page.
