The command.dat is a file that allows you to view, among other things, the individual command lists for your favorite fighting game characters...
The longhand version is meant for beginners and people who aren't familiar with many fighting game moves and would like the directions of the moves spelled out.
Based on original Command List from Procyon, revised by Fabricio da Silva Coroquer and actualized by cnterr.
