Launch gameex automatiquely after booting screen

hi

i search the tips or trick for launching automatiquely gameex after windows XP bootscreen.

I don't know how to make,here is what i want:

- no session screen (nam & pass)at windows startup ,then (i think the command is in the administration board of Windows XP)

- gameex.exe start automatiquely..hum for example same as if i double click on the shortcut icon.

an user here know how to make that?
