Key Mapping in GameEx

Hi Everyone

I have my CP set up to use the default Mame keys. Unfortunately some emu's, Chankast for example, will show the menu strip when pressing the Left Alt key and pause the game. I have written a little script with AutoHotKey to map LAlt to v. I was wondering how you can do this with GameEx. I've read two example scripts but they only remap joysticks to keys. How do you remap a key to another key using GameEx?

I know it's a workaround, but wouldn't it be easier to change your MAME configuration?

If you chankast is giving you a hard time about it, perhaps giving in to it's demands is the easy way.
