Still getting random crashes.

Still getting yet more randon crashes. Played pinball for about an hour no problem thought id try the amiga, which now doesnt work ( again! - this is more a pain than its worth! ) then a crash !!

I`ll be about friday night about 4pm your time ( if in USA ), if anyone wants to remote in and help me sort the Amiga emulator out once and for all feel free to message me!.

Is that the full log? I don't see any indication of a crash. Is it GameEx crashing or the emulator? What's the details of the crash? More details please!

Is it just the Amiga emulator, or does it crash when you run the 'next' emulator you try? Looks a little like the error I'm having.

Its the usual problem i had before, i can play for ages exit an emulator go into another an it just gives the grey box "GameEx has encounted a problem", its somethink i cant always recreate, its almost as thou it seems to be a certain combination of things that causes a crash but TBH i have no idea, and thats the annoying part.

Its always on the menu screen you know wehere you selct emulators, news, weather etc.. as you can see from my tag its been running well over 12 hrs with no problems.

Ok. Thanks for posting the output! This error is occurring when video snaps are played. Shark007 codecs are installed on this machine. Any input on this is appreciated.

Heres a possibility i was listening to radio stations in GameEX and did not exit radio then went to emulators and selected Sega Genesis , in there i have custom music ( tunes from games that kinda stuff that playes upon entering the menu for it) on clicking Genesis GameEx then crashed i wonder if theres a conflict with the sound output, or it could as youve stated be a video snaps problem, or maybe there a problem with my windows 7 install, going to try win 7 64 bit later so may not be online for a bit bud. Will IM you when back up and running. ( i hope lol ! ).

I keep feeling like there are codec conflicts here, as in remnants of an old codec pack still loom in the registry or on the system somewhere. Do your snaps have the sound enabled? If yes, can you try and mute the video snap sounds in the GameEx config and see it it helps?

Thats also a possibility Adultery, thats why im going for a clean win7 installer later, going to 64 bit, im busy backing up my stuff ready to go for it, then i`ll try the muting snap sounds. I have used registrycleaner to ensure registry is clean but who knows.
