hi guys

i play with on tv (720x576) ,and i use snes9x windows version (cause Zsnes doesn't support 720x576 Fullscreen...maybe in the futur wip release).

It work fine with gameex but the GUI of snes9x at top flashing during game.

My question is how to disable GUI in command line or what is the config for gameex?

thanx!

I dont normally use Snes9x but I have just quickly tried this out. It seems to work.

On your snes config setup the config file as N64 (this is already setup in GameEx and it is confured exactly how you need it.

configFile=N64 (This sets up GameEx to Exit the emulator using the corect keys Alt +F4. You can still use Escape to quit back to GameEx.)

Then on send keys type {ESC}

SendKeys={ESC}

Then on waitbefore keys type:

WaitBeforeKeys=3000.

The number in this is the amount of milliseconds GameEx will wait before it presses Escape. (which is the button that gets rid of the GUI.

You may need to reduce or increase this figure to get it hidden as soon as the rom opens up.

Hay hanks a bunch Jedah that worked perfectly, the config file for N64 still made the game exit. I used the Zsnes config file and the ALT = F4 worked then. Thanks for the tip.

Hi, I'm having the same issue with the menu bar showing on Zsnes. I couldn't quite follow the instructions above. I don't have some of the lines that were mentioned in my config file. I've attached the config file. Please help me out. I'd love to be able to load SNES games without the emulator menu showing.

Thanks!

Dan
