Does anyone here emulate sega SG-1000? if so,which emulator do you use?I have tried fusion, but i cant get a rom to load...

I also use Fusion for SG-1000. I believe I used the GameGear command line (Fusion.exe -gg -fullscreen "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]") to make it work but I'm not 100%. I'll fire up my cab and confirm it for you.

The -gg switch is not required. It will run an SG-1000 rom fine using just:

Fusion.exe -fullscreen "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]"

What was the command-line you tried? Can you give more details than just can't get a rom to load? Any errors? Or did it just load up fusion?

That makes sense. Since the Master System was based off the SG-1000.

Instead of creating my own thread. Does anyone have a map file for the SG-1000? Or a database? This one should definitely be added to GameEx database a long with the Famicom Disk System :)

Good way to tell would be to run Fusion and use the load feature. Choose a system and it will list which systems are supported.

Databases are handled by a few of our users. So the database thread would be a good place to post. A map file would be created by GameEx based on your content so wouldn't serve much purpose unless it was tweaked to your liking. What kind of filters would you like in the map file?

The default SG-1000 database for GameEX only has like 20 games. I updated mine and it now includes all 70 plus games for Goodname and no-intro naming conventions. Enjoy. :)

Thank you for the share Wally Wonka!
