GameEx crashes when selecting zinc games

I use the integrated Gameex zinc support,when I select zinc it only shows 3 games then the loading screen comes up and it freezes and I have to kill process to exit GameEX log attached

my game card has also mysteriously vanished.....

when I try to go to the page where it is supposed to be it says the page cannot be found

UPDATE ok gamercard has been found,but first problem still exists
