Suspending Computer

I am looking for a little assitance. I would like to remove the poweroff/logoff and only leave the suspend option. The only issue is that before the computer suspends Windows minimizes GameEX so when the computer resumes all that shows is the XP desktop. Anyone know how to keep GameEX fullscreen besides replaceing the XP Shell.
