Purchase - Registration failed

Hi everybody,

I'd like to mention that yesterday I made a purchase (1year updates) but I never received a key (or a file) to unlock the GameEx frontend.

I tried to send email to "info@spesoft.com" and "tom@tomspeirs.com" and I received the following auto-answer from gmail:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

tom@tomspeirs.com

Technical details of permanent failure:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 <tom@tomspeirs.com>: invalid address (state 14).

Please tell me what to do.

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in gameex.

Toms email address is tom@spesoft.com

Tom processes the the keys manually (or used to) and may be in a diffrent time zone so please do not be alarmed. You should be getting your key soon.

Tom answered me with the key to unlock GameEx. Obviously I had wrong email or there is an issue with the "info@spesoft.com" email.

I think "info@spesoft.com" forwards emails to "tom@tomspeirs.com" and that's the reason I got the error Failure mail.

Anyway, GameEx is great among all other frontends and I realy love it.
