Difference between list of roms and roms folder

Hello,

I have a question about the mame roms list generated by GameEx.

How can i refresh the list of mame games to see only games that are in my roms folder please ? Because i made a manual selection of 1660 games by deleting the other zip files in the roms folder and few of them still appearing in the list after refresh !! So i have more games in the list than files in the roms folder !

How GameEx refresh this list ?

Hello and welcome to the forums! To list only the MAME roms you have then you wanna set that in setup. The setting is called Only Exisiting Roms found in the Advanced MAME Settings section. This should be set to Yes. After this is changed then update your list within GameEx.
