Change or create game descriptions?

Hello. So how can I edit or create my own game descriptions and other info like year, publisher, etc? I was looking for some sort of xml file but gameex doesn't seem to use one.

DATA.mdb in the GameEx directory. If you want to edit info for systems other than MAME, you can edit the database directly. If you want to edit the data for MAME games, be aware that the changes will be erased each time you update your list.
