had gameex come back up while watching a movie in zoomplayer.. not good. never seen this before. related to changes in 5.31? any ideas? if happens again, will try rolling back to 5.30.

edit, more info: movie was still running in background, but not sure how to get back to it? so i quit everything, restarted gameex, restart movie, seems ok this time. i think i may have had some bg processes copying files in dos boxes, and it could have been when that finished that gameex popped up. but shouldnt gameex see that zplayer is still running and not restore? what is supposed to happen when unrelated windows open and close in the background? could gameex be responding to the thread it started (zplayer) losing focus, and restoring because of that? i didnt actually see what happened exactly, i wasnt watching the tv, just had someone ask "how do i get rid of the menu" - could any key combination make gameex restore?

thanks

edit2: ok recreated same situation.. went back and confirmed 5.29 was same also. so its my window in background thats doing it i think.. as a workaround for now i'll change my network set up so the its being pushed from the other machine and not pulled from the htpc.

if you have any suggestions how to stop gameex restoring in this situation that would be great, because im ,likely to need background processes to do various things. i'm already runnig batch files /low /min - anything else i can do to hide them?
