Master Volume OSD since upgrade

Has anyone figured out a fix for this. I am running 11.43 with X-arcade joystick. This started as soon as I upgraded.

Is this in Gameex or MAME? Either way im sure you can redefine your keybindings in either application. In Mame you press TAB on your keyboard... In Gameex check the setupwizard.

I figured it out. It is a setting in MAME, not sure why it came up after the upgrade.

The Fix is:

Press tab to enter settings in Mame

Choose General Settings

Choose User Interface

The first choice is "On Screen Display" Change this to some combination of keys that you would not hit normally, or by accident.

I'm experiencing a similar problem though not sure if it's with GameEx or not. But as soon as I load into Mame via GameEx it goes straight to the On Screen Display option like it has a mind of it's own.

Rename your defualt config file and see if the problem goes away.

MAME>CFG>default.cfg to default.cfg.old

It could very well be a similar case of an accidental remapping.

Nah it did the same thing. I'm not sure if it's GameEx don't know why it would be. any other ideas? And is anyone else experiencing this?

A reinstall of GameEx seems to have solved my problem
