Consistancy browsing MAME games listing

I am wondering why in GameEX when browsing all the MAME roms, why are some games on the list capable of displaying a Flyer and a title,

but this behavior is not consistent for every game highlighted on the list. Some games only display a marquee when I have a flyer and after I pick the game, I can view the flyer just fine, but it doesn't display when game is highlighted in a consistent manor.

Is there any way or setting to make it always render a flyer or title, or flyer and snap when different games are highlighted scrolling in GameEX?
