Unable to generate Mame Videos

Hi,

I'm using GameEx 5.30 and I'm unable to generate mame videos by using the link in the startmenu of GameEx.

To be more precise:

It starts, and tells me that it can take up to 2 days and where the videos will be put.

If I start the process, it looks like it tries to start the games in oder to create the videos (also the log file tells me the commandline and no error) But obviously it fails.

There's only a command prompt popping up (VERY shot) in which I thought I could read an error line beginning with "Unable to initialize..." or anything similar.

Does anyone have an idea ?

Btw. I'm using Win2k

Whats the mame commandline from your log?

It works now ... !

Just reduced the color depth from 32bit to 16bit and now it works ;-)
