a few questions regarding cpwizard setup

hi all i have a few questions setting up cpwizard.

1)when setting up the paths it asks for a Ini...would that be the mame ini?

2)where can i get the controls.ini since the suggested site (fe.donkey... is down)

3)it also asks for "select"...what is this?

They're just folders in the MAME directory. You can get the latest "unofficial" controls.xml file from here

Select are where you put images of the game's select screen. It's not necessary.

just one more question when it shows the controls,it only shows controls on the 2P side,and they are incomplete.

also,where do i put the controls.xml file,in the mame directory?

anyone else experience this problem?the cp wizard only showing controls on the 2P side?or when it shows the buttons for a street fighter 2 game it only shows LP,MP,HP,LK?its missing MK&HK.....

update:it seems it only messes up when showing fighting games controls as seen here

Most likely the keycodes you have set in MAME don't match the keycodes for your layout file in CPWizard.
