Thanks Everyone.

Had to start off with that, been working on my sorta 1st cab (Helped a friend with a real basic box a few years back) and was trying out about 10 different front ends till I found GameEx.

There was one or two FEs that were similar in quality/feature but i am absolutely amazed with how many questions that i have bumped into that were already answered with just a few clicks around here :D

So it looks like this is home for me and my new favorite project.

Just had a quick question about control setup/issues I am bumping into (Ive probably looked right past the answers, but bear with me)

I am looking to run MAME and a few select emulators so I can stop digging systems out of the closet (For some reason i'm not allowed to have 15 systems setup at once even down here in the basement)

I am running an X-Arcade and 2x Xbox for windows for controllers.

Trying to figure out 2 things : 1- Where can i set the 2x Controllers for my 3P/4P for MAME and 2- Whats the easiest way to make my X-Arcade NOT go to my file menu tab in WinKawaks/nullDC (By far the most confusing thing i have run into so far)

Thanks in advance,

Cnop

For MAME press tab->Input to configure your controllers

For your menu problem you might want to try mapping alt to another key. In the Setup Wizard select Custom->Emulator Setup then press the "Next >" button until you reach "Emulator Setup (3)". Select the emulator then the [...] button next to "Advanced Config". Then either remap the alt key using "Keyboard ReMap" or block it using "Block Keys"

Yeah I knew I was looking past something silly like Tab trying to take too much in at once, but short of a few things to button up really loving this frontend.

Thanks again for the quick answer
