Emulator Controls aren't showing in 11.24

This was pointed out by my 6 year old. When an emulator game launches, I have a .png controls files that shows prior to game launch. These are either flashing really fast then blank screen or aren't showing at all. GameEx acts like they are showing them because the game will launch after a few seconds as if it was showing the control pic. Not a huge issue really just wanted to bring it up.

Thanks Celly. I broke this when implementing the fade outs in the last version. Ill get this fixed.
