Updated my list of roms

I've weeded out roms I didn't want, and wanted to update with the new set.

Can I update my rom list but only have it update the ones in my reduced set?

I'm unclear what exactly you are asking for. I'm just guessing, but you want to have your list only show roms that are on your computer. If this is for MAME, you need to set up your filters to only show valid roms if that is correct.
