Default -Animated Theme Mame Problem ?

I have been using Gameex with "Default - amimated" theme , it has been working fine.

I have recently updated Gameex and now every time I go to Favourites or Mame games select screen every thing freezes.

It all works well with "default" theme, but I like the "default - animated" theme.

Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone help ?

Is that the full log? Can you post a log where it duplicates the issue please? I notice in that what you are using Default - Default V1.

Another thing to try is deleting all the bmp and png files in the data folder (these are cache).

Are you using any background videos?

Sorry, I see you switched to the theme while running. I think the problem is that GameEx is using video thumb mode in the MAME lists and that may be my fault as I left my settings in there for a recent build. To fix temporarily disable the video snaps. Then select change view until you get the list view. I think that is the problem.

I disabled video snaps and it worked fine, but no vids

I just updated again and now it works with video snaps enabled
