I have tried so many different commands and still cannot get it to launch. Most of my games are .bin files and open just fine from the epsxe load .iso. I never use a virtual drive to mount them as disc images. I looked every where for a solution. Sorry if this is my own fault or if this has been posted else where.

Maybe try the following command-line:

ePSXe.exe -nogui -loadbin "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]"

This is untested since not at my emulation machine but something to that aspect should work.

For Epsxe the command line that I use to launch an image file is this:

epsxe.exe -nogui -slowboot -loadbin "[rompath]\[romfile]" -loadmemc0 "memcards\[rom]"

This will also launch the bios screen and load memory cards automatically, but you may not want this.

For GameEx make sure that in the setup file you set the show desktop option for this emulator to true or else epsxe will never take focus.

And for epsxe use the standard plug-in for the Cd-rom. I think it is called epsxe cdr win2k 1.70, it now has the ability to load image files and has the least compatibility issues compared to the other plugins.

Rychem28 I will try this command line for the memory cards.

For me it's VERY usefull. I was concerned about how to handle when my epsxe memory cards became full.

Thanks for the tip !
