Can you rotate one menu only?

Can you rotate just one menu? Say you have a vertical cab and a HDTV and you want to use the same computer? So you have gameex displaying on the vert monitor rotated, but then when you go into the "VIDEOS" menu, you would want it to be horizontal.

Possible?

Most decent video cards will allow you to rotate a monitor. I use nvidia on my main PC with one of the four monitors rotated portrait for viewing web pages, works well.
