Key combo to return to GameEx

Hello all -- New to GameEx here and it seems like a great product although a bit overwhelming starting out fresh

To make a LONG story short, I am putting an old PC behind my kids TV and hooking up via S-VIDEO to the old TV. That all works fine. I have an old Microsoft Sidewinder USB game pad hooked to the computer and that is all I will have (Putting GameEX in the startup)

The question I have is, if I am playing ZSNES or any other external emulator, what do key combo on my gamepad do I use to get back to the main GameEX menu to select another game? I was testing it early and it I kept pressing button combos, it would return but I could never duplicate it.

The default is Buttons 4,5,6 with Left-Up

THANK YOU for the quick response! Excellent program and I can't wait to delve into it more.

Is it possible to run this app in it's entirety with just a gamepad connected? I don't want to put a mouse or keyboard over by that TV.

EDIT - Also, my Microsoft Sidewinder doesn't have enough buttons for MAME (Need two extra buttons for 'insert coin' and '1p start') I have an old Xbox controller (The BIG one).. is there a way to hook that via USB to Windows XP?
