Registering Game Ex on a new Computer

Alright so My original arcade computer is dyin on me. I need to register on the new machine. I have payed and do have the ex reg file ready (from the first machine I used it on).

1 installed game ex

2 Copied old game ex on top of the new install. It was updated. ( This may be part of my problem.)

3 attempted to run....... I see the nagg screen and cant go any where ( expected )

4 attempt to install the license. All seems to go well

5 run game ex again....... Get nagg screen

Im attempting to do this on windows 7 x64..... Any tips...... Do i need to donate again to get a new key for the new components?
