Noob can't find NEStopia or Stella anywhere in menu

I know I installed them and my paths show as verified at the end of the setup wizard- yet i can't find them anywhere in the menus. In the "Emulated Games" section, I do see all the other installed emulators except for those 2 (NES and Atari 2600). I must be missing something. I can send screenshots if it helps.

Perhaps they're not enabled? There's a drop down to enable them in either configurations.

yes, they were already enabled.

i got it working by letting gameex re-download the 2 missing emulators and overwrite the existing profiles for them. working now.
