is it even possible to do i want to play my gameex and my mame32 v.102 off my dvd+r disc in stead of my hard drive how can you do that

This is not possible. If you want to run GameEx and Mame32 from computer to computer, you should buy a USB hard drive, install both there and connect the drive to whatever computer you want to use it with. This is what I do at home.
