This SHOULD allow you to return to GameEx, even if a process 'Hangs', and cannot be closed by pressing the 'Escape' key. I say 'should', because I wasn't able to actually crash an emulator to the point that I couldn't return to GameEx with just a press of the 'Escape' key. Run the program from the 'Launch on Start up Don't Wait' In 'Tweaks/Performance', or from the 'Also Launch' in your emulator setup. Press and hold 'Escape' for three seconds to activate.

If someone will tell me a sure-fire way to 'hang' a process in GameEx, I will test it more myself.

does this also work for holding the joypad escape command combination for 3 seconds? or just the escape key.

Just the escape key. If you will confirm for me that it works with the escape key, then I will see about adding the joy combo as well.

Bluestacks has its own included app for closing itself - forget what it is called of the top of my head though sorry.

some process dont close eg hd-agent.exe, hd frontend.exe etc etc.

So far I have not had any problems closing Bluestacks via an AHK hotkey, using "E" as an example...

E::Run, "C:\Program Files (x86)\BlueStacks\HD-Quit.exe" YMMV

Skip the hotkey, and use:

LaunchAfter="[WORKINGPATH]\HD-Quit.exe"
